I needed a utility for my new game and Microsofts didn't work the way I wanted so I made my own. This one is better in many ways. First, you don't have to create a window or window procedure every time you make a new program, it does it for you! Second of all, it has fast set/get pixel for custom surfaces (ASM). It can also Auto Grab color keys so you don't have to worry about getting the right color key or not. A lot more... This is only version 1 and more updates will come. I uploaded this for hopes it will help someone. Enjoy it!
