You can draw on the desktop of your own computer over all other windows. This one uses the approach of creating a canvas with the handle of the real desktop so it's yours, so you can draw over it. My code uses a timer to display funky lines and funky circles but you can put bitmaps too. You get all the functions that you get with a normal canvas. Modify the brush and whatever you need to do. Oh if you didn't notice, you have to press the GIANT button in order to activate the timer. Found the code useful? Please vote and leave your feedback, greatly appreciated.
