iBlogger is this extremely fast, slim, lightweight web journal/log/news posting system. It uses mySQL and has a very simple intuitive interface...(see below). Installing is a cinch. just upload and view install.php from your browser...and the wizard will install everything!!!
What is iBlogger?
Well, there are many people out there who use technology to publish their weblogs.And almost all these people have realized that's it's slow, bulky and very hungry on FTP server resources.
So here comes iBlogger - the almost immediate substitute for you bloggers...all you need is php/mysql, and run "install.php" and you're there.
Note: you might wanna delete install.php after it's run once.
