Before you can use it to send sms's u need to register at www.strikeiron.com to get a licence key Just Build the project enter the licence key and start sms'ing
if u are using an older version of .NET just copy the code to a new project and add a web reference to http://ws.strikeiron.com/smstextmessaging?WSDL

Its a sample application to help u guys started on WebServices using Visual Studio. It can be used to send SMS to most mobile networks accross the global(use the Global Mobile Number format eg: +44[Number])It uses the StrikeIron's Global SMS Web Service. Happy sms'ing
